The last of the Simca-Talbot-Matra cars took up the concept of a three-seater coupe with central transverse engine that had made the success of the Bagheera, produced from 1973 to 1976. The Murena, launched in 1980, could count on a protected chassis against rust with hot galvanization. Two engines, a 1.6-liter and a 2.2-liter. The car was produced until 1984.
